Can I return an item I bought on sale?

Sale items are covered by the right of withdrawal like other items, unless they are personalized or perishable. Items damaged by use or returned incomplete may not be refunded.

During a sale period, we are unable to make changes to your order. Please ensure the correct style and size are selected before checking out. 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Shipping to Russia/Ukraine/Belarus/Myanmar

We apologize that we are currently unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Myanmar.

Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in London, United Kingdom and France. Our international warehouse, however, is located in China. 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes between 3 to 15 business days from shipment, with a processing time of 1 to 2 days in our warehouse. During a sale period, please allow additional processing time for your order to be shipped. Additionally, please note that there might be delivery delays from carriers during the holiday season due to the high volume of packages, which Volverry has no control over.  

How can I track my order?

You can track the progress of your order by logging into  your account  and then clicking on "Track my package." Then, click on the tracking number to be informed of the shipping stages of your order.

This same tracking number was also communicated to you in the shipping confirmation email; enter it on the carrier's website to track my order to track the progress of your order.

Some items are missing from my order, what's happening?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will consequently be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive shortly.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. Please ensure the correct style and size are selected before checking out. If once you have received your order and wish to return it, please contact info@volverry.com and they will respond to your request.

Do you provide tracking information for the product?

Yes, please wait 3 days after your order and ask us by email at info@volverry.com

Can I get a refund if I don't like my order or if it doesn't fit?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To make a return, contact our customer service at info@volverry.com. The return address will be communicated to you after your request has been validated.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Any refund will be made using the same payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the package.

Handling and Care

Hand wash all our products with a non-transferable cloth and do not put them in the washing machine. Do not use soap as this may cause the dye to run.
